Recent activities include installation of two NAPL Pro units in Central Texas with two additional units have been approved and are pending installation in West Texas in late August.

Initial evaluations of multiple sites in Arizona are ongoing with possible sale of additional NAPL Go units and/or leases of NAPL Pro units.

Recent Milestones

• April 2026: U.S. Patent No. 12,601,344 awarded for “Detection and Extraction of NAPL Contaminates”
• 2026: Successful recovery of gasoline PSH from 158 feet below grade in the Texas Panhandle
• 2026: Successful recovery of low-viscosity crude oil, expanding the range of hydrocarbons recovered (diesel, gasoline, and crude)
